Great service from Johns. We were necessarily out of tow during the waterproofing. Still, all went off without a hitch.

With Sammy explaining the process and the choices available to Delfino and his crew preparing our foundation and walls for the sump pump (and left our basement cleaner than they found it), to the plumbers who installed the new laundry sink and toilet and finally Gordon completing the electrical work, there was a lot to coordinate. The quality (reputation) of performance, per Angie's List.  Plus, the representative made the explanation about the "hows" and "whys" of the process and the cost very understandable. What did you think of the crew? The crew arrived on time.  They were friendly and also explained well.  They worked efficiently. They finished in one day, and the outcome looks great!  There is a very smooth and nice transition with the floor that was there.
