he fixed my outside drain so now it drains to the street and not in my flower garden; he didn't have to do that. He really checks things over so you can tell he really enjoys his work and it speaks well for John's Waterproofing to have someone like that on your team. I'm sure he was hard to find!

The service technicians are always great. I had my basement flood years ago, and since getting the space waterproofed, I always make sure I get the annual service each year. The techs truly care, and the peace of mind they instill with their work is such a relief.

They waterproofed our crawlspace, including a sump pump, dehumidifier, and vapor barrier. Member Comments:  Really good. The price was better than they said it would be, the work was done quickly, and the workers were careful about keeping everything clean. Ramon's ability to analyze a problem and find a solution, along with his cheerful and positive "can do" attitude towards his team, helped boost our confidence during unexpected challenges. Please tell the powers that be that Manuel's crew was amazing. They were all very courteous and hard working. Because we are still in the throes of moving, they had to do a lot of extra work and they all pitched in without complaint.
