Many thanks  for completing our downspouts' drain job in January. Our concerns were addressed and the clean up was appreciated. Hopefully the water issue will not be a problem going forward. Thank you to Ramon, Ivan and Jake for their part in addressing water problems at the Hulbert house in mid-October. Because my daughter Julie needed to be at work, I was recruited from Kennewick, Washington to be present during that phase of the project. Ramon kept us well informed of work in progress with pictures and explanations of steps needed to do the job properly. All the guys took special care to keep things as clean as possible, which was not an easy task with mud. I believe the job will be completed this week now that it's dry enough to insulate the walls. Really appreciate their customer assistance and working attitudes. Kudos! Thanks to you all. Based on the progress so far, I would highly recommend John's Waterproofing to others.

Installed drain channel in garage to drain water leaking up through the floor and also down the wall. They were a few minutes late but had the courtesy to call and inform us. They were very nice and professional. Would definitely use them again.

We had multiple companies come out and you guys were by far the best/most helpful. Our inspector (Dan) went above and beyond to go over our options and answer any of our questions. We really appreciated his help!

This was fantastic! I loved working with John's on my basement repairs. 

James did great work, I appreciated his compassionate understanding of the circumstances. He came to my house last Friday afternoon to investigate why the dehumidifier alarm was going off. He told me most likely it was due to a leak that was overhead from my utility room toilet. Being recently widowed, this was not good news, and I proceeded to have a minor crying meltdown, envisioning a total tear apart of the flooring, etc. James then went under the house, checking everything out and told me that yes, there had been a leak, but no water was leaking now. He cleaned up the mess and then said he would not charge me for the house call and then proceeded to take a screwdriver and fix my wobbly front door handle, on his own, without being asked. I so appreciated this, he does exemplary work, and is a compassionate human. 

Jacob is very personable and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate that the company brings in other resources to the Wednesday AM meetings. This enhances the professionalism of the whole team and allows for informed discussion with potential customers. Glad I researched John's Waterproofing before time and Jacob as the representative sealed the deal.

Very comprehensive and well thought out, with a great presentation. The sales person was not pushy, but personable and professional.

I visited the company website so I could let company management know how my recent job went but couldn't figure out where to send it. So, if you wouldn't mind, please pass this on to whoever will be interested. As you are aware, my job consisted of crawl space encapsulation with some minor changes requested by me, and a new sump pump system.  While you and I had some minor differences of opinion as to what I wanted done, I want you to know how much I appreciate your working with me to get those accomplished. I am very satisfied with what was done and only wish I would have done it ten years ago. Thank you for a great job.   Secondly, I want management to know what a pleasure it was working with Lupe and his crew. Rodney was there from day one, and I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the fellow that joined them on Tuesday. All three introduced themselves and were very polite. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day and my garage was never a mess. Lupe did a great job on new sump pump installation, replacing the entire line from pump to downspout.   And finally, the job was finished in two days instead of three as originally discussed. Lupe sought me out and ask permission to work a little later on Tuesday so the job could be finished. I appreciated that.   So again, thank you and your installation crew for a job well done. I would certainly recommend you guys to anyone who might be in need of such work in the future.
