I wanted to thank Chris for showing up and troubleshooting my new generator unit. He was hardly out of the gate when the good ole Bomb Cyclone knocked my power out for the next 8 hours. So accolades! I actually had water, both hot and cold at milking time and was able to wash all my dairy buckets in the dishwasher. Big deal to me! Thanks again!

AJ was great helping to explain everything and showing different options we could add or leave out. This will give us the chance to pick and choose what we can afford to have done.

  Hello and thanks for providing such a quality system and for caring about your customers long after the system installation. Your service tech Arron, just finished the service visit at our house. He did a great job, was professional, courteous and knowledgable. Every company out there should hope that their own people should do such a great job. In this day and age all too often companies forget about the consumer after they cash your check. Great job to all your staff.

We had a terrific experience with John's. They have gone above and beyond to help us with an inherited problem our home inspector missed. We now have a dry basement and they come out each year for a check and update as needed. They are worth every penny!

I've been general contracting in Oregon for over 35 years and know how subcontractors work. The crew (Daniel, Juan & Manuel) was exceptional. This crew was 'spot on'- great work ethic, quality craftsmanship and very personable. I personally thoroughly inspected the installation and it was flawless.

Many thanks  for completing our downspouts' drain job in January. Our concerns were addressed and the clean up was appreciated. Hopefully the water issue will not be a problem going forward. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I received- he was always willing to offer expertise and advice when needed, and check in our problem areas!
