This client wanted to replace her old radon mitigation as she feels it's not doing a 'pretty good job' same as when she purchased it. The team replaced the sump pump and placed a Plexi lid on it. The structure was composed of running up a pipe from the home's basement going to the garage, then out and up -- it's 100% approved by client. Everything went well!

From exterior it appears like a typical tri level home, but it's a two level basement with the area under the family room dug out.
