This Bellevue client retired and wanted to invest in his health, so he wanted a newer radon mitigation system for his home. The team arrived and drafted a split-level extension pointing on the side and one in the corner of the home patio. The house had a previous system from another radon company, and the customer feels it's time to upgrade. He was really proud of this decision after seeing the final look.

This installation was a 2-point system placed in the client's utility room. It was quite a challenge for the team as it was a zero entry garage so to avoid slab. they routed the pipe through the drywall and into the hallway them immediately elbowed to go through the wall above the door to stairway landing then up the wall back to the garage. The customer liked how it turned out and everyone was happy. 

This was a 3-chamber home with 2 basements. The homeowners done a test and returned with levels of 10.6. Pretty worried, they booked Radon Defense Midwest for a radon mitigation install as soon as possible. The installation point started from the garage to the wall going to the stairway inside - this was also used as reference as height of the system then through the interior block wall to put point behind the doorway in the living room. They were really happy and was really ecstatic to refer friends and family. Everything went well.

This home is being sold so they homeowner needed an approval from a home inspector with him having a good radon result test. His levels were high so a mitigation or remediation is needed. He found us through Google as a highly recommended radon mitigation company.
