This client turned in with radon levels of 6 in her home. She requested the radon mitigation system not be noisy or cause a disturbance outdoors. What the team did is a one point system by the home's plumbing stack and placed the fan in the wall between the garage and back side of the home. We placed a radon fan cover as the guarantee of the noise and the client didn't expect it would be that quiet so she was really happy!
These were one of our delicate customers as the main reason they got a radon mitigation system is because part of the homeowner's lung has been removed. He is entirely sensitive to anything that can attack his respiratory system or as simple as his breathing. The wife is overly concerned about radon at home, so they had to test, the reading came out to 30 pCi/L which was not good. They immediately booked an installation in the closest possible time and date. The team found a room for 3 extraction points and the point starts between the lift station and stack in storage closet. Second point was from the closet going to the bathroom and third point will be from the other closet with the bathroom that has a floor drain. Before the team started everything was identified and explained to both homeowners and all sets of expectations were laid down. They agreed and gave the go signal and everything was smooth as silk! They also threw in an addition of Breathe EZ filter and duct cleaning for extra protection.
This beautiful house was just purchased by Sonja for her family. Even though they didn't live there, they still wanted to make sure it was safe and secure, so they looked into installing a radon mitigation system. She desired two systems, each mounted outside. As anticipated by our staff, the strategy was properly carried out.
This home had a high radon level that came up to 31 pCi/L! This is the best thing about testing before deciding, it can prove you right most of the time. This installation was 2 systems and 2 sumps along with dome lids. It was a huge home so it would really serve its purpose. Everything went well and the homeowner is happy.
Lance and Cole did a great job on this commercial project.
