I'm a home inspector in Tillamook and this last week had the pleasure of going in one of your encapsulated crawlspaces. What a difference!!! This should be mandatory in all homes. I felt bad even charging them for me to go down there. So nice. Great work you guys.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness that Bob Beachboard showed. For example, he was the only person who came to my house who used a moisture meter on the walls. Like the others, he thought I didn't have an immediate problem, but that I should keep an eye on things so that they don't get worse.

Normally I'm wary of surveys but in this case, I must. I am deeply grateful to your team for pointing me in the right direction to solve my problem. I would happily recommend John's Waterproofing. They advised me that my problem was my water heater and not my groundwater and that I did not need their services, just needed a new water heater. They are very refreshing and honest. 

Marcus was very helpful in explaining the systems that Johns Watweproofing would use to address our leaky basement issues. He also identified whether and when additional contractors might be needed to address other issues, e.g. Wood repair, electrical outlet installment.

The Rep was excellent at listening and then offering and explaining possible solutions to my drainage/basement problem.

Your guy was awesome-I felt like he was honest and knowledgeable. Thanks for sending him.

Team was great, scheduling was easy and the estimator was great! Super friendly and easy to talk with. 

You guys have the best workers around! The crew members were diligent hard works and the job was beautiful. Not only were they skilled but they were polite and always on task. They were able to answer all my questions and kept me informed of the whole process. They are great. 

Again, very professional. Arrived on time and knew his business. Didn't talk down to me and offered me a couple of pricing options - no pressure. Perfect - no mess at all. Arrived on time. Lay down lots of plastic. Installed the sump pump and vapor barrier within about three hours and left leaving no trace of a mess. Very friendly.

Dear Mr. Lombardi  I would like to commend you for having an absolutely outstanding employee in your company who surpasses all the others I have dealt with. I am talking, of course about Caleb. He has been coming to my house in Depoe Bay to inspect the clean space for the last few years. There were others that came out before him (the clean space was installed in 2010) and they were good, but they can not even come close to Caleb in professionalism, efficiency, courtesy, and superb manners. Thank you, again for sending Caleb because I have absolute confidence in him. P.S. all the girls in the office and Robin are also excellent!
