Hi there! I met with JWP for a bid yesterday (for a listing I have) and I was so thankful to learn that you have someone on staff focused on dealing with us Realtors! (poor guy). I just wanted to say that Len is GREAT. I think it was very innovative of JWP to bridge the two industries too. And of course I'm sure it saves the sanity of your other guys that have about as little patience with Realtors as I do. HA! Anyway, I shared his info on a few platforms today and called our office manager to  see about having him in for a class to answer questions. :) Again, Len is fantastic.  Hope all is well with you! The cost came in drastically lower than another well-known company and I feel that I will be receiving work that is just as high quality and with a lot more experience.

They came out and gave us an assessment of the water table under the home.  They determined that a drainage system needed to be installed.  They gave us an estimate. The bid was high, but very competent.  They were punctual, professional, and clean in all of their work.  I would recommend them.

AJ was great. I will definitely recommend John's waterproofing as an honest and thoughtful company and if we do need additional water proofing done, John's will be the only company I call.

Although at this point I do not need any further work I would like to comment on my service rep. He was friendly, polite, and very efficient.  I feel he is an asset to John’s Waterproofing Company.

Our whole process with John's was great from start to finish. Jack our inspector was knowledgable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. When the crew arrived they were polite, clean and left everything as they found it. We could not help but giggle and feel happy because Juan and his crew spent the entire time laughing and enjoying their day while they worked under our house. The system is great and we are very happy with our decision. I have already noticed the warmth of the house and that our wood floors are no longer freezing cold at night. Our house feels dryer and the damp musty smell disappear within two days of our system being installed.
