A homeowner in Salisbury, Massachusetts, had noticed an odor inside their home that had been getting worse since they started working from home. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system that included CleanSpace, SaniDry Sedona, and then an Aspen Air System. 

The owner of this home in Manchester, MA was concerned with water entering his basement. Half of the basement was a finished space, and the last thing they wanted was for water to cause any damage. While there was an older perimeter drain in place, it did not connect to a pump of any kind. After a wet year like 2023, it was evident to the homeowner that more protection was needed to keep his basement dry. 

Our team designed and installed an upgraded perimeter drainage system along with a TripleSafe sump pump, complete with a battery back-up power source. Our team also installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to help control the moisture levels in the basement and improve the air quality in the home. 

This homeowner now has peace of mind that his home will stay dry all the time and be protected against water in the basement for years to come.

This section of the floor had an old sump basin. The homeowner wanted to prevent water from entering the basement. Our design specialist recommended installing WaterGuard, a SuperSump, and Ice Guard into the basement to collect and remove the water.

The homeowners were tired of cleaning up water that has collected in their basement. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system in the basement. 

Our Installation Team installed 124' of WaterGuard to the perimeter of the basement and integrated the system into the existing TripleSafe. Now when water enters the WaterGuard the water will be guided to the TripleSafe and the sump pump will pump the water out of the home.
