Perimeter Drainage System, Rochester, NH
A homeowner in Rochester, New Hampshire, had water entering their basement. The homeowner called EFS to see if we could find a solution to prevent water from entering the basement. Our Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the basement and recommended installing a perimeter drainage system to collect any water that attempts to enter the basement.

A homeowner in Middleton, Massachusetts, was planning to sell their home and wanted to address issues with the basement flooding during heavy rains. The basement walls were painted white and the paint has been peeling off from the water. The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended installing a TripleSafe, WaterGuard, and BrightWall to prevent the basement from flooding and brighten up the walls in the basement.

An owner of a condo in Exeter, New Hampshire, had a Star Wars collection in their finished basement.
