The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace and Drainage Matting to prevent any moisture from coming up from beneath the concrete slab and ruining personal belongings. 

This homeowner in Lincoln, Massachusetts had recently purchased a home and found that the basement is damp. They would like to see what kind of solutions are available. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese arrived at the home and inspected the basement and confirmed that the basement is very damp. Kenny recommended that the homeowners should have a Clean Space Encapsulation system installed into the wet part of the basement.
