This nice client was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer this year, she is holding up well, and it's crucial to provide excellent care. The priority is moving up radon mitigation and revisiting BEZ/ERV. Two extraction points were suggested—one in the sump and another on the garage foundation wall, allowing for an interior system. Various pipe run options through the garage were discussed. The team will be placing the ERV on the garage foundation wall near an outlet, with ducts running into the living room. The plan ensures proper ventilation without disrupting the TV area. There's ample space within the joists for intake and exhaust. Everything was set in detail for the client's protection. We wanted to make sure radon won't disrupt her health progress.
This client was selling his home and the realtor advised him that it's best to have a radon mitigation system for the home regardless of levels as it appraises the value of the home.
This client's home structure was a challenge at first since the bedroom was in the basement. This home had a huge crawlspace to start with but once our tech got in the window opening was tight. We were able to manage everything in the installation process and the client was happy with the result!
This was a repeat client and wanted to get the same radon mitigation system installed for their other home. The team was really happy to meet them again and it took only a few hours for the installation to process as it was indeed a smooth conversation same as before. We made sure all components are installed and the customer is happy!
This lovely couple is thinking about selling their property in a few years' time. They have lived in the area for 46 years and would like to discover a new place. They knew that a good requirement in real estate for a home to be sold with a better value and quickly is to also have a radon mitigation system. Their home was tested and returned with high levels so the team acted fast so this could be mitigated. Everything went smoothly!
