This was a passive active system installation point in the storage room of a basement. The homeowner will be transforming her basement as her workplace so she needed extra protection from radon exposure. It was a simple install, and everything is good. 

Taren and her fiancé Nathan just moved into house. They're both vet techs and have several cats and dogs. Tested with radon levels of 20. The team met with Nathan who was in his late 20s and was a really nice guy. It was a slit entry home with finished basement. They had seal the sump pit. Extraction point was in the main finished space, second point coring through block wall under slab on grade living room. Route up and under drop wood ceiling and route out side of house. Everything done and good!

This radon mitigation installation was a two point system in one basement slab in the HVAC room by the plumbing stack. The homeowner is fully aware there is a chance her requested plan doesn't work out but gladly the team always has a back-up plan to run along with. The homeowner was happy how it turned out in the end. 

This radon mitigation installation was quite a of a challenge as this newly purchased home was so spacious that the piping really needed some extra lengths. The team, specifically Sam Payne made the most out this project for the client's satisfaction and it definitely did not disappoint!
