This was a project for a real estate company. The agent trusted Radon Defense Midwest with his personal mitigation system so he entrusts the company with his listings and properties to sell. He does believe in the safer the home, the better the appraisal!
The radon mitigation for this Omaha, Nebraska home was set up by John Savoy, who made sure the family was following the necessary procedures for radon protection.
This was a soil vapor intrusion related project. The team went to seal all floor cracks and the home's perimeter wall joint. This building was vacant and is being used as an oversized storage unit for now. This should be a simple installation and everything is planned accordingly since the team made sure the power switch is behind the fan cover as per client's request. He understands construction and radon mitigation. Easy job!
This was a crawlspace encapsulation project along with piping and the client realized it does not feel complete until she has a radon mitigation system at home. She decided to have one installed on the spot. Good thing the team came prepared for it!
This was a remodeled home that's about to finish. So, it's completely open. The team placed the extraction point through the existing old floor ducting and added an additional point in the furnace room. The clients were nice enough to agree and suggest along the way which they end up deciding the fan will place in the attic. Everything went well!
