This client was remodeling his basement and wanted to place a radon mitigation system as an extra layer of protection his family. We did give him a draft how we can make the installation without affecting his construction work. The team has installed a legend fan with a soft pit penetration and sub slab extraction point for this home. Everything went well and homeowner was really happy! 

This was a 3-chamber home and the crawlspaces have concrete slabs. It was not much of a challenge for the team but what they did is to stack in the basement pipe both directions to put point in the north and south of the crawlspaces. This was a property purchased by the Calvary Church to house their interns, they wanted to make sure there won't be any health hazards at reach. The owner is the pastor and he is fully aware on how radon exposure can effect the human body. 

This client's dedicated to health is outstanding. They really wanted every protection they could add in their home to make sure all their kids are alright. They contacted Radon Defense Midwest for a free estimate and booked right immediately.
