This client started her business which makes her to be at home most of the time. She realized her area has high radon levels and had her home tested. It did return with above the average results. We drafted the installation as to how she prefers and she was happy on how it turned out. 

This job order involved mitigating 12 apartment units as they had them tested with returned high levels of radon. The Radon Defense Midwest team had visited the area for inspection and tried to locate the best extraction points possible. All 12 apartments were installed with the appropriate radon mitigation system according to the home's structure and the owner was very happy with the outcome. He is no longer worried with the radon exposure for his upcoming tenants. 

After their first radon mitigation system, the owner realized that it's time for a second unit for full safety and coverage of this commercial building. In terms of real estate, a radon mitigation system is already necessary in a modern home or business. The structure will be placed in the tall side of the building as per the owner's request and the electrical will be coordinated eventually. We used an Eagle Extreme Fan and it worked perfectly. Client was happy with the outcome!

This home had a perimeter water guard system installed by Thrasher last June. The installation point was into the newly installed water guard. The owner has radon detectors in the basement and main level. So what the team did is to route from the laundry room going outside of the house with a muffer. The owner is doing this to protect his wife - which is bedridden so he does not want to further any health complications. 

With a newborn on the way, this newly wed couple opted for a radon mitigation system near the nursery area.
