The design will be sub slab extraction point under stairs in back corner, route up and exit through rim joist under stairs and exit house next to door on back patio and in corner. Place fan with cover and muffler on wall tucked in corner, then up and around soffit. They lived in the home for 31 years and just recently tested and became aware of levels of 8.4.
