We had a radon mitigation installed for this client and he contacted us back wanting an ERV this time. He was a busy bee as he was working from home and spend most of his time in the garage. He mentioned there are times in summer season he couldn't stand the heat and an ERV would solve the problem for proper ventilation. There was an adequate space for installation, and everything was well set since the team still remembered how his radon mitigation system was placed. It was simple install, and everything went well!
This client called us specifically requested for a new sump pump and lid. He was our client from the past year and wanted to change. The team checked his system for any concerns but everything is perfect -- like new!
This client had a radon test and found out they had levels of 22! They were worried and ask the best possible system to be installed in their home. Our techs advised them that they needed three extraction points due to the high levels. It would be two in the utility room and into the lower basement corner. They suggested a fan cover and soffit pen included. The first point will be next to the client's metal shelf in the basement. They were really nice clients to talk to and very understanding in all ways possible. They did give us a great feedback and will refer us to their friends and family!
This client had her old radon mitigation system installed with another company. Upon checking the installation, we did explain to the client that the team needs to rework the entire system to meet code and improve craftsmanship. This was also discussed and checked with a design specialist to make sure it's appropriate for the home. Customer was happy with the result.
This nice family, after learning about the dangers of radon from a neighbor's unfortunate experience (she was diagnosed with lung cancer), reached out to Radon Defense Midwest to safeguard their own home and loved ones. They only lived a simple life and health is their top priority so upon learning that radon exposure can lead to cancer, they best decided to have their own radon mitigation system.
