This customer had some issues with his radon fan and wanted to switch so he called our experts for professional help. He was happy with the outcome. 

The homeowner spends her time in the basement since that's where her work from home set-up is arranged. She prefers to make herself protected from radon using a mitigation system because she prioritizes her health over anything. Regardless of having average radon levels in her area, she is still happy with her decision getting one for her own safety.

This client inquired for a home radon test and returned with very low levels. He already has an existing system but wanted to extend it on the other side of the house. The team did an inspection and saw that the crawlspace was a mess. It looks like it was only sealed with broken clay pots placed in the wall. The crawlspace was quite small so we offered an encapsulation with no extraction points. Everything turned out the way the client expects it to be!

We were able to explain how the installation process will go. The extraction points were in her storage room and kids' closet. It was a newly built home, so it was not really that hard.
