This client did make sure his home was tested for radon. It's a newly renovated home and it's nice in person. He requested the best and ideal that would fit in his home's structure. We were able to draft one for him and really liked it! Installation went well.
The customer's basement renovation project included radon mitigation installation, enhancing the home's overall value and safety. He made this decision because he found out from a home inspector friend that a radon mitigation system increases the value of a home over time. It's starting to become part of safety and wellness in the government's agenda. We definitely agree with this client's perspective!
This was a small house with an interior foundation wall that's a clay tile. The team did not upcharge for the coring to give consideration for the customer. They made 3 extraction points and had a radon test before proceeding. The level returned to 20, which was a high number. The homeowner was pretty worried it would go up if left unmitigated. Hence, booking Radon Defense Midwest to solve all of their radon exposure worries.
This home needed help with their radon levels. It was a simple inquiry that became a project in an instant. The installation process was smooth as there was enough space for the team to work. Everything went well!
This client was referred by their neighbor who was our regular. Anything related to home maintenance they really tried to get in touch with us. It was a little challenge for the team as due to the multiple renovations in the home, they can't access slab on grade or any crawlspace to work with. The team explained to the owner that they would have to clear out the one accessible crawlspace to start the installation and for any future projects that would link to it. The owner agreed and installation was smooth as a baby. Homeowner was really happy how it turned out!
