Richard was a nice guy and bought the house about a year ago for his wife and kids. Another investment really. The house had an unusual odor coming from the walls. The team tested and returned with the levels of 9 and it was two chambers in a ranch house with an odd layout. It does not have a sump pit. The team planned a sub slab extraction point on both sides of block wall dividing house instead, core low to connect, route up in room where their guest was staying, take out back of house and core through wall. Richard agreed and he loved how it turned out!
This was a newly built construction and it will be in breaking ground in a few weeks. Customer made sure there was passive and active protection against radon. The install was a success.
This lovely couple called in as they wanted to add another radon mitigation system at their home. They already have 2 existing from Thrasher, so they wanted to try ours out. We provided them the ideal structure of how will it be and they were happy about it. Everything went well!
This homeowner had her home tested for radon which came out with high levels, especially in her area. She wanted to renovate her home but before that, she planned to have the mitigation system first as part of her protection. We were able to explain to her how the installation will be, and she was happy with the outcome.
This concerned client wanted to have some piping redone with their previous radon mitigation system. They weren't really satisfied with the initial installation in their basement, so they wanted to have that corrected as it is they stay most of the time. They are also worried about their home's radon levels and want it to lower down. We have discussed all the building materials needed and how our work is worth it in a long-term span. She is happy with the result!
