Quite a bit of headroom in this crawlspace. There were a few footings below grade that had to be sealed, in addition to a hole that was dug to fit an old furnace.
A recent mitigation system inspection in Pueblo, CO revealed the system needed to be overhauled as it was not bringing down radon levels. Radon levels were reaching near 40 pCi/L. After the overhaul was completed, the radon levels reduced significantly.
Perimeter Drain Depressurization system.
This home was in Woodland Park that had with a relatively new addition. While the new addition had a french drain around the perimeter of the exterior foundation, the original home had a walkout basement. We combined a french drain depressurization system with a sub-slab in order to treat both the original slab and new addition.
