Radon mitigation was a project we had put off for a while, but as soon as we hired Patrick at Radon Service Pros the entire experience was easy and stress-free. We are so happy we had the chance to work with him and that the project is now done! He was very quick and responsive to my initial request, came out for a quote right away, and was very flexible with our schedule to get the work done. He did extremely thorough and high quality work - truly above and beyond what we expected. Everything that was installed inside and outside of the house is subtle and very professional. The entire space was left better than before he started. Plus his price was very competitive and included much more work than what the competitors offered. Patrick exceeded all of my expectations for my radon mitigation installation! I contacted him here on thumbtack and he visited my house for a quote. He was punctual, clean cut, professional and very easy going. We spoke about different locations for the system and he eagerly accepted the challenge to put it in a difficult spot. He's a true craftsman who takes pride and appreciation for form and aesthetics. Every bit of his work was top notch, from sealing the foundation cracks to running the pvc. I would definitely hire again.

Has anyone else had a bad experience with a Radon contractor? We recently had one who didn't follow the AARST standards https://standards.aarst.org/SGM-SF-2023/ for mitigating radon in our home. They even suggested installing a second system! Luckily, I decided to get a second opinion and found Brian from Purple Mountain Radon https://www.purplemountainradon.com/. He did an amazing job, following all the AARST standards and going above and beyond. He even tackled a small crawl space that required squeezing through a tight opening. He fixed all of the items that weren't done correctly the first time and at a very reasonable rate. Brian is a Veteran and works very hard to do the job right. I highly recommend him!
