This customer called for a quote on a Radon Mitigation System for his sisters’ home. They had already had a radon test completed, that came back with high numbers. His sister is the owner of the property, and she wanted to get the Radon Mitigation System installed as quickly as possible.

Once Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted, we sent a Specialist to their home for an assessment and to provide the family with a quote for the radon mitigation system that they needed for their home.

This customer was at a church meeting one evening, and after church, was having a discussion with a group of people. She mentioned that she suspected that there may be mold in her vents and the duct work in their home. This customer was referred to Olympic Restoration Systems by her church.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the duct cleaning and the mold remediation for their home.

This customer was going through the process of refinancing their home. They were getting ready to close on their 1^st mortgage to complete the refinancing process. In order to complete the refinancing, they were informed by the refinancing company, late in the process, that they must get, and or have, a vapor barrier in their crawl space in order to close the refinancing loan. They called Olympic Restoration Systems and informed us of this time sensitive situation that they were in with the refinancing company. They stated that the closing date was getting close, quickly, and they needed their home to be assessed, quoted, and completed, if we were chosen for the job, in a very timely manner.

When Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space, we scheduled an appointment with the homeowners right away. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer, for a vapor barrier and removal of all the debris from their crawl space. They proceeded with Olympic Restoration Systems to install a vapor barrier and removal of the debris, in the crawl space of their home.

This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems letting us know that they were having a problem with small animals getting into one of the 2 large, different, crawl spaces that they had underneath their home. One of the crawl spaces was somewhat sealed. The customer was wanting to get some ventilation into that crawl space, because there was high humidity and some condensation down there. The 2^nd crawl space that they had, had a liner in it. The liner had been damaged. This was the crawl space that the small animals were getting into under the home. The customer said that the animals had done the damage to the liner. The customer wanted to have that damaged liner replaced. They also wanted to have something done to their crawl space to prevent the animals getting into the crawl space.

When Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space, an appointment was scheduled for them. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation and a radon mitigation system for the 2 different crawl spaces in their home.
