This homeowner had another restoration company removing water-damaged drywall from their home when potential mold growth was found. A licensed mold inspector came to the home, confirmed the presence of mold, and wrote a mold protocol for the homeowner. The mold inspector referred the homeowner to Olympic Restoration Systems to complete the mold remediation, because of our reputation for quality mold removal. One of our System Designs Specialists, Ross, went to the home for a free inspection and mold remediation estimate. The homeowner accepted Ross' proposal and proceeded with the work from Olympic Restoration Systems. 48 hours after the completion of the mold remediation process, a licensed mold inspector came back to the home and confirmed that mold was no longer present.

Olympic Restoration System's came in and removed the rest of the drywall per the mold protocol, while utilizing a professional mold containment system and mold remediation procedures.

This homeowner called upon a referral from a Licensed Mold Inspector. After detecting mold in their home, the mold inspector wrote a mold protocol to be given to a Licensed Mold Contractor per state law. We sent one of our Licensed Mold Contractor, Darrin, to the home for a free mold remediation estimate. Darrin wrote an estimate that included setting up containment, HEPA vacuums, removing molded drywall, and an air duct cleaning. The homeowner accepted a proceeded with the work from Olympic Restoration Systems.

This homeowner called after a pipe burst in their kitchen during the February 2021 winter storms. We sent our first available System Designs Specialist, Darrin, to the property for a free water damage estimate. After assessing the water damage, Darrin presented the homeowner with a free water cleanup quote, and the homeowner accepted.

Our production team proceeded to remove damaged drywall and flooring, while also placing air scrubbers and air movers around to property to continue to drying process.

This family was experiencing heavy humidity and extreme moisture issues in their crawl space. They weren’t sure what they should do in order to control what was happening in their home. They installed multiple fans in their crawl space to try and control the heavy humidity and extreme moisture issues. They monitored their crawl space while the fans were down in the crawl space running. After some time, there was not any noticeable improvement, regarding the moisture and humidity, not to mention the noise issues and the vibrations, that they now had, due to all the fans constantly running under their home.  They did some research and were interested in finding out more information regarding a crawl space encapsulation. They wanted Olympic Restoration Systems to come out and provide a solution for them, along with a quote, for rectifying this issue for them on a permanent basis.
