This homeowner called after a licensed mold inspector found mold in her crawl space. She wanted to find a solution to rid her crawl space of mold, and to prevent further moisture issues. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists and licensed mold remediators, Darrin, to the home for a free crawl space encapsulation and mold remediation estimate. Darrin found a solution for the issues specific to this crawl space, and the homeowner proceeded with the full mold remediation and crawl space encapsulation from Olympic Restoration Systems.

This homeowner called because he was tired of the floors of his pier and beam home being cold, and he felt like his HVAC system was constantly running. He wondered if there was a solution for his crawl space that would keep his entire home at a more comfortable temperature. This system included a drainage matting, vapor barrier, sump pump, and dehumifier.
