 I want to take this opportunity to express a tremendous thank you for the crew that you sent us.  All three worked diligently throughout the day and in a very professional manner.  They took the time to answer my curious questions about the various things they were doing, I am a person that likes to know how a project like this all fits together :)  They did a great job of prepping the work areas to keep messes to a virtual minimum and cleaned up thoroughly once the work was completed. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to help with our home's problems!  I am excited to see how it all functions once we get into the rainy season!

Your 3 men came down yesterday and worked hard all day under my house.  It was a challenge because the crawl space is so small.  I do not see how they did it, but they never stopped and kept on until the job was finished.  I want to thank those men for their hard work.  I want to commend them heartily for all the excellent work they accomplished.   Thank you.   Thank you.   Thank you. Jacob did an outstanding job!

The installers were terrific: Lupe knew exactly what to do – he would be a terrific site inspector and designer as well, given his long experience in installation. He consulted us on each step along the way and adjusted accordingly. His assistant Ubaldo was likewise very helpful, communicative, and conscientious. The jobsite was left in excellent condition. Two great members of your team!

I had 4 bids and John's Waterproofing was my final bid. I was over the top impressed with Travis. He was extremely detailed, friendly and spent a lot of time detailing all the work out to my husband and I. I was very impressed and will select John's when we are ready to move forward with our project.

John was very professional and knowledgeable and made both my husband I felt we are in good hands!
