System Installed:  WaterGuard Date Installed:  May 3, 2011 "The office staff was pleasant, courteous and helpful. The crew arrived on time.  The clean up was truly amazing, they did all that and made their entire mess vanish! Just want to add, one glitch turned up that needs to be fixed and this is in progress.  Ideally it would have been done in the original work, but I am very pleased with the speed with which it was addressed.

Sales: I wasn't present for the initial consultation but my Wife told me it went well. Ben explained in detail the work that needed to be done and was courteous, professional and prompt. He was also available to answer a couple questions that I had over the phone which he did well. Might have over-sold us a bit on the De-humidifier, but I chalk it up to piece of mind so it doesn't bother me. A more cost-conscious consumer might raise an eyebrow.Service: The installation crew was super courteous, professional and prompt. I appreciated that they kept in communication with me over the entire process and whenever there was a question involved they always got my input. They covered most of my stuff in the basement with plastic which I appreciated because there ended up being a lot of dust on the job. I also appreciate that they didn't waste any time, and worked very hard to get the job done in the shortest time possible.

Ernie gets his proactive service on time every year and Caleb looks forward to it every year. Our system is amazing, our people are better!

Michael was at my place to check over our system to see what we needed to do for our home. He was an absolute gem! He was amazing, he didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes and give a made up, exploitive quote, he was just very upfront. I will sing your praises, and recommend you to anyone who needs waterproofing. He really is a great person to work with. 

I visited the company website so I could let company management know how my recent job went but couldn't figure out where to send it. So, if you wouldn't mind, please pass this on to whoever will be interested. As you are aware, my job consisted of crawl space encapsulation with some minor changes requested by me, and a new sump pump system.  While you and I had some minor differences of opinion as to what I wanted done, I want you to know how much I appreciate your working with me to get those accomplished. I am very satisfied with what was done and only wish I would have done it ten years ago. Thank you for a great job.   Secondly, I want management to know what a pleasure it was working with Lupe and his crew. Rodney was there from day one, and I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the fellow that joined them on Tuesday. All three introduced themselves and were very polite. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day and my garage was never a mess. Lupe did a great job on new sump pump installation, replacing the entire line from pump to downspout.   And finally, the job was finished in two days instead of three as originally discussed. Lupe sought me out and ask permission to work a little later on Tuesday so the job could be finished. I appreciated that.   So again, thank you and your installation crew for a job well done. I would certainly recommend you guys to anyone who might be in need of such work in the future.

The quality (reputation) of performance, per Angie's List.  Plus, the representative made the explanation about the "hows" and "whys" of the process and the cost very understandable. What did you think of the crew? The crew arrived on time.  They were friendly and also explained well.  They worked efficiently. They finished in one day, and the outcome looks great!  There is a very smooth and nice transition with the floor that was there.
