This homes basement was going to be finished. To do so the homeowners knew they would need to waterproof first. There was already water creeping in along the corners and knew if they finished, the water would become an expensive issue. To waterproof and prep the space we installed a full interior drainage system, a Sump pump, and ThermalDry radiant wall barrier. Our electrician division then went in the set up the electrical aspects of the home so it will be ready for the homeowners chosen contractor to finish.

We installed a full interior perimeter WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, and BrightWall wall system to ensure water was safely guided to the drain system to be dealt with.
