Basement wall leaks

This homeowner had a beautiful finished basement but this last year the wall was softening and has a strange dark area. When our team came out to inspect they discovered that this was due to a large concentration of wet soil behind the basement wall on the exterior. Over time water began to work its way through the concrete wall and now the family risked damage to the finished walls of their home. Our team came in and placed not only a drain system to collect this water but also installed our patented Bright Wall panels to ensure the walls of the basement remained strong for the life of the house.

Finished Bright Wall Panels

This basement started as removing water from the basement and the customer decided that he wanted a nice finished space and decided on Bright Wall finish panels to make the rest of it look finished and clean.

Leaky Basement in Portland, OR

This customer called because they were finally ready to fix up their musty dark basement that also leaked every time it rained. Our inspector went out and recommended installing a drainage system and a special basement paneling on the walls. Our crew went out and demoed the whole wall and installed our Super sump pump. When we install our sump pumps they are flush with the ground for optimal space saving. The homeowner was so happy that it was brighter and no longer was going to have water flowing into their basement.

Basement Window Install in Portland, OR

This basement had a water issue and needed to be waterproofed. During the free inspection, the design specialist found that the basement windows all had tape around the edges. The homeowners said they did that since the had drafts come in, and the tape helped keep those cool breezes from coming in. To help this space out, we did a full waterproofing, ThermalDry Radiant Barrier insulation, and replaced the windows that now seal properly!
