​​Kimberly has lived in her Carthage, NY home for eight years.  Over the past six months, she has begun to notice the floors of her home sagging and tilting, leaving her with concerns over her home's structural integrity.  To alleviate the issues before they got worse, Kimberly decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that a combination of solutions, including the SmartJack and CleanSpace systems would be the optimal choices for repairing Kimberly's damaged floor joists and encapsulating the basement.  

The SmartJack system will first be installed to help provide solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring straightness and stability to the sagging floor joists.  Next, the CleanSpace system will be installed to protect mold growth and dampness, while also giving the basement a clean finish.  With these two systems installed, Kimberly can rest assured that the structural integrity of her home is permanently protected.

In Little Falls, NY a Historic Church was suffering from a rotted sill. After hearing about Woodford Brothers from a trusted source, a representative of the church contacted Woodford Brothers. Our Design Specialist took careful measurements and performed a thorough inspection to plan the work to be done to repair the church. Our installation team went in and got the job done quickly and painlessly adding many more years to the historic church in Little Falls, NY.

Before beginning any home renovations in their new home in Dolgeville, NY, the homeowners wanted a sturdy foundation for renovating the basement into a finished and useable space. As you can in the before photo, the unsteady foundation was a big roadblock. Our team stepped in with the SmartJack system, as shown in the photo, ensuring a solid and secure foundation. By stabilizing the property with precision, they can now confidently transform the space into the finished basement that they wanted. 

The coldest room in this 1880's built home had sloping floors. By insulating the walls and encapsulating the crawlspace, the outside air is now blocked from coming in. Using our SmartJack system we stabilized the floors. The SmartJack system is made up of glavanized steel beams and jacks. The jacks are capable of supporting up to 50,000 pounds each and are strong enough to be used to adjust and lift the floors back up.
