Bei and Jerry purchased a home in Syracuse. During the inspection it did not seem there were any basement water problems. After some time had past they began to notice some water pooling on the basement floor after heavy rains. Jerry began to pull some of the wooden panels off the walls to discover that there were some cracks in the block walls. Our Design Specialist, Damani, provided a thorough inspection and options for repair. One of our awesome installation crews, led by James, made quick work of installing a full perimeter Waterguard with a Triple Safe Sump. They also installed Carbon Armor straps on the foundation walls to ensure that the foundation walls would not succumb to hydrostatic pressure. Finally, BrightWall was installed to finish up the job and provide a beautiful aesthetic to the space while keeping wall leaks at bay. Now Bei and Jerry have total peace of mind that their basement safe is dry, structurally sound and safe.

Several years ago, she began noticing issues with water in her basement and wanted to quickly resolve the issue before it worsened, so she decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection of the basement, our Design Specialist suggested the use of the WaterGuard and SuperSump Plus systems. 

WaterGuard is a French drain designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. The system then collects water and drains it to the sump pump. Additionally, the SuperSump Plus is an effective and economical sump pump option, engineered to keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods, even in times of heavy water intrusion.
