From the original scoping and estimate process, to the install work and addition work requested afterwards, the entire team were responsive, friendly and professional. Brian, Melvin and the rest of the crew made the project day hassle free for me. When I needed additional work done, Roger assisted with getting it scheduled quickly and Justin was super friendly and helpful, worked efficiently and got everything taken care of. Starting with a thorough, detailed, professional assessment by Isaac and ending with the sense of "mission accomplished" you see here in the faces of the men who worked on the project, our experience with Erickson Foundation Solutions was five-star, beginning to end. We had on our hands a repeatedly flooded basement, but Milton, George, Anthony, Collin and Corey rolled up their sleeves and did the hard, dusty, heavy work to ameliorate the situation. When torrential rain arrived less than two days after the completion, and the basement stayed dry, we knew we'd found the right professionals for the job.

Erickson Foundation Solutions completed a full waterproofing of our basement to include install of an interior drain, two sump pumps and radon protection. The team including Anthony, Kyle and Justin were extremely professional, always on time and completed the job within the timeframe quotes with no issues or concerns. The work completed was top notch and we look forward to not getting any water in our basement again. Highly recommend.

This was a second-round on this installation, and I am very happy with the final result. I was less than satisfied after my initial experience, but the company really came through and turned the experience around. I am very satisfied that my crawlspace and floor have been repaired to the furthest degree possible given the age of the house. I would absolutely hire Erickson again, and I highly recommend them as a foundation repair contractor.

I couldn't find another company to fix my cinder block foundation like EFS. Ed, Ryan, Abdou, & Tyler were all very professional. They did a great job explaining what they were doing and made sure we were happy with what was done. I was very impressed by how quickly it was completed. Thank you!!

Working with Erickson Foundation Solutions was the best decision we have made for our historic 1844 home. While other contractors were telling us to lift the house off its foundation and build an entirely new foundation, Erickson was able to work within our budget to strengthen/reinforce the existing fieldstone foundation and straighten the original granite blocks. It was a lot of work over several weeks, but they finished the project on time and BELOW our initial budget. Every employee that we worked with (especially Stephen, Nate, Nick, Abdou) were all very polite, considerate, knowledgeable, and hard working. Always happy to answer my questions and return calls. I would highly recommend Erickson to anyone needing foundation work!
