The owner of a building in Dover, New Hampshire, had water soaking through their foundation and into the basement of their building. The owners wanted to eliminate the water entering the basement so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended installing Sentry Seal to the exterior foundation wall to create a barrier that water cannot penetrate through.
A resident of Dover, New Hampshire had intended to replace the windows in their old home from the late 1800s. However, the window technician who came to assess the project noticed that the windows were no longer square and difficult to open. The technician advised the homeowner to have their foundation inspected before proceeding with window replacement. The homeowner contacted EFS for a free foundation inspection, and our Design Specialist, Jason Vachon, met with them to conduct the inspection. Based on the findings, Jason recommended several products to stabilize the foundation, including installing a new section using Mason Block.
Doug B. of Wakefield, New Hampshire was experiencing sagging in his barns foundation. He decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home and inspected the foundation of the barn and he thinks that using SmartJacks will permanently stabilize the foundation.
Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his crew came to Doug's barn and stabilized the foundation using 8 Smart Jacks.
This homeowner in Gloucester, Massachusetts, they were having radon and a moisture issue in their basement. they decided they would like to address both issues at once. Design Specialist Kyle Jamerson came to the home and proposed that they have a Radon Mitigation System installed along with a CleanSpace Encapsulation system installed throughout the basement.

A homeowner in Gloucester, Massachusetts, had questioned the air quality and humidity in their basement. They reached out to EFS for the service of their existing SaniDry Sedona. Our Service Technician Justin performed the annual service on the SaniDry but had a conversation with the homeowner revealing that they were concerned with the air quality in their home. After a conversation with the homeowner, Justin recommended an ERV system to the homeowner to improve the air quality in their basement.
