Alex M. of North Reading was experiencing settling that was affecting the front door and steps of his home. Alex called EFS to see if they could help with the settling of his home. Design Specialist Chuck Hallas of EFS came out of the home and inspected the area of concern. Chuck concluded that the home could use some Push Piers to stabilize the part of the foundation that is settling.
Jon Provost and Spencer Ladd came to the home and dug out a section of dirt near the stairs to exposed the footing of the foundation. Once they found the footing they attached a Push Pier mount to the footing and started pushing rods down until they hit bedrock or a sustainable press to hold the home.
