A homeowner in Amherst, New Hampshire, was remodeling their 1700s home. They became worried about the strength and stability of their floors so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection. Our design specialist recommended installing SmartJacks to stabilize the floor. Their basement is half concrete floor and half dirt floor so the team would have to use two different footings for our SmartJacks.

A Design Specialist arrived at the home and inspected the temporary posts. The Design Specialist recommended that the posts should be replaced.
