A homeowner in Brookline, New Hampshire, built their home in 1990. After 10 years of living in their home, the homeowner decided to build a detached garage to keep their cars and other belongings in. Two decades after building their garage the homeowner noticed cracks in the left side of the garage becoming bigger and bigger. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. During the inspection, our design specialist noticed the left side of the garage seemed to be lower than the right side and the cracks on the left side of the garage signify that the left side of the garage was settling. Our design specialist recommended installing Push Piers to the left side of the garage to stabilize the foundation.
