Waterproofing the Basement of a 1920s Home, Lynn, MA

The homeowner had recently retired and now had the time to address some issues in their home. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection, and our design specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system in the basement to prevent water from collecting on the floor.
Vertical Cracks in Foundation Wall, Northwood, NH
A homeowner in Northwood, New Hampshire, recently bought their home and found a couple of cracks in their basement that were allowing water into their basement. John also recommended using PowerBraces to add support to the wall. This will protect the wall from cracking due to hydrostatic pressure.

The team stopped the water from seeping into the building by installing CleanSpace and WaterGuard on the 200' front wall of the building. The team also installed 3 TripleSafe sump pumps spread out on that front wall to pump out the water collected by CleanSpace and WaterGuard.
