A homeowner in Georgetown, Massachusetts, has lived in their home for the past 17 years. Many of those years had them dealing with a crack in their garage that was leaking water. The homeowner wanted to solve this problem after it being a nuisance on and off for approximately a decade. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of the crack in the garage. Our Design Specialist Tom Armano met with the homeowner and inspected the garage and the crack to determine the right solution for the home. After his inspection, Tom recommended sealing the crack in the garage with FlexiSpan.

Adding Perimeter Drainage to Existing Sump Pump, Alton Bay, NH

A resident of Alton Bay, New Hampshire, bought their house four years ago. They recently observed water seeping into their basement and accumulating on the floor. Seeking a solution, they contacted EFS for a complimentary inspection. Our expert, Isaac Hernandez, assessed the basement and proposed installing WaterGuard in conjunction with the current TripleSafe to increase water capture.

Ground Water Seeping into Basement, Merrimac, MA

This homeowner in Merrimac, Massachusetts was experiencing some water seepage from the walls. Water is coming through the walls and settling on the floor. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the home. He found and confirmed that the water is coming in from the walls. Michael recommended installing WaterGurad and TrenchDrain. 

Crew Lead Dillon Kingsbury and his team installed 71' of WaterGuard and 4' TrenchDrain into the basement. 

Installing SuperSump to Stop Seepage, Merrimac, MA

A homeowner in Merrimac, Massachusetts, had water seeping into their basement from their bulkhead door. The homeowners have lived in the home for the past 12 years. They have become frustrated with cleaning up the water so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended installing a SuperSump and TrenchLock near the bulkhead door. The system will collect water and pump it to the exterior of the home.
