This was a new home construction and is going to be the first home of this newly wed couple. They wanted a full passive system for this new home from the sump with interior tile. We have given them a 5-year warranty on parts and labor -- they were very happy about it. They did share that this radon mitigation system was one of their bucket list as a couple.
