This was a huge home with a big backyard. The homeowners tested for radon but returned low levels. Regardless of their result, they were really worried that a surge of levels might happen in the future so it's better to be safe than sorry. Well, whatever they believe in, is true. Good decision!
Met with Sharon and Don who are both retired. Don likes to fish and is a Husker fan and used to be in the Air Force. What they have is a split entry home with finished basement and small HVAC room. The team tested and detected levels of 15.6 and Sharon was more concerned with radon but wanted to also address in case of a future sale. Now, that's a good move!
This lovely couple shared their health dilemmas and wondered if they had some sort of additional protection it would improve their indoor air health. The time they called and took our free estimate, the team has educated them the benefits of getting their own radon mitigation system. They were so happy about making the decision to get one and everything went well!
This lovely family had a high level of radon in their home, and they were worried about the impact on their health. They contacted Radon Defense Midwest, and the team installed a mitigation system. The levels dropped significantly, and the family was relieved to have a safe living environment.
This was a newly built school and is a big project. The team had drafted and planned this detailed and according to the school's guidelines. The board approved our work regardless if they had other bids with a smaller quote. They entrusted our work due to the feedback and quality of work. It was a simple install and the tests came out average levels. Everything went well!
