This genuinely nice couple was concerned for the safety of their homes and wanted to get their own radon mitigation system. The thing that prevented them from getting is if it would look aesthetically pleasing to their home. They requested the route of the system to be behind their bush as soon as possible and not in front of their home. We were able to draft them their ideal system and were glad about it!
This homeowner had previously attempted to mitigate their own radon levels using a DIY kit, but their levels were still too high. They called Radon Defense Midwest for help, and the team was able to diagnose and fix the problem. The homeowner was relieved that they didn't have to spend any more time or money on ineffective solutions and was grateful for the team's expertise.
This client really wanted to have his crawlspace encapsulated since last year due to the bugs and dirt coming from it. He came to know Radon Defense Midwest and asked for an estimate on how would it be on his home. The team offered financing and it really sat well with the client. The process was smooth and installation was all good!
Mike was a very nice guy that works in pharmaceutical sales and is a big sports fan of the Chiefs, Royals, and Huskers. They have two friendly dogs but they jump on you but he scolds them. Recently finished basement and they spend more time down there so health concerns with radon levels of 8.8. Mike has asthma and allergies and his son has allergies so this is really no good for them. He has no sump pit, sub slab extraction point in HVAC room corner near plumbing stack, exit through rim joist and route up and around soffit in corner of house near AC unit. Mike liked the Breathe EZ but wanted to think about that before committing. Everything went well!
Derek is a very nice guy that works as a lung and critical care doctor. He is very technical, and this is going to be a complex project. The home is a ranch house with a two-chamber basement, crawlspace which has already been encapsulated with Cleanspace, then large slab on grade master suite. They got Radon Levels of 12 in children's bedroom above crawlspace and in master suite. Main reason why he is deciding to get his own radon mitigation system. Regardless of his demands, we made it work! He is a happy client!
