Our radon mitigation depressurization systems have the option of including a fan cover that can make the system much more aesthetically pleasing, protect the fan from the elements, and also reduce air flow sound.
This was a beautiful home that was concerned about their radon levels since it is the winter season. They made the decision to get a radon mitigation system installed for peace of mind. There was a little work since there was stuff to move around before we got the perfect spot to place but everything worked out pretty well!
This client called in for our free estimated and stated he wanted to lower his radon levels due to his kids spending time down the storage most days. It was a big home and we suggested two systems - one in the storage room where the kids usually play and using one sump pit going outside of the house. The client agreed and everything went well with the installation.
Andrew and Jordan did a great job with this mitigation install. Everything went smoothly and efficiently
A recent empty nester, Kari, faced challenges after losing her husband to Leukemia. With four kids, two in college and two in their mid-20s, she decided to address potential radon issues in her large ranch-style home. Initially thinking levels were 55, a previous test revealed 10.3. Despite the mix-up, Kari, dealing with processing difficulties, adjusted the project scope with understanding. The system design involved two units, five extraction points, and considerations for a sump pit with a pump and interior drain tile. Light debris removal and potential extraction points were factored in for a comprehensive solution.
