Andrew and the crew were able to re-design this customer's existing radon system due to a home re-model. 

The client contacted us to make his indoor air quality healthier. They specifically mentioned they wanted clean and safe air. 

This family tested their home and returned with high radon levels which are not safe. They have decided to have an active-passive system to reduce radon exposure at their home. The mother is really worried since both of her sons' bedrooms are in the basement. This decision was considered a life saver and a making their home a safe space for the whole family. 

Everything went great and Lance cleaned up very well!

Big or Small Home, Still Needs Radon Mitigation

This a retired couple who plans on selling their home, probably would like to downsize and enjoy retirement years. They had radon levels of 6.2, not safe. Sub slab extraction point in L shaped portion of basement next to plumbing stack. Installation was perfect!
