This client wanted to replace her old radon mitigation as she feels it's not doing a 'pretty good job' same as when she purchased it. The team replaced the sump pump and placed a Plexi lid on it. The structure was composed of running up a pipe from the home's basement going to the garage, then out and up -- it's 100% approved by client. Everything went well!
This owner was planning to sell his home and the potential buyer was actually requesting to have a radon mitigation installed as they believe it's already a standard in real estate due to health and safety concerns especially in Nebraska. It's already vacant for moving so the installation process wasn't that challenging. Everything went well and the owner is excited!
Homeowners saw our news story and tested for radon again and it's gone up from previous tests. Levels of 6 and his in-laws live in the basement. From exterior it appears like a typical tri level home, but it's a two level basement with the area under the family room dug out. Technical job to design with a deck, patio, and a lot of stuff on the back of the house. Not much a difficulty as the owner is very much flexible with process and installation guides.
This lovely client is a realtor and prioritized her new home for radon testing. She did not think twice in getting her own active-passive system regardless if her levels were low. Very satisfied with the installation!
This was a commercial office building that needed help with a radon mitigation system. Our team did the first thing which is to test and returned above-average levels. The owner of the building tested previously and had the same result. Our team took up the challenge of creating the installation with fewer extraction points and they were able to make use of the back storage for the current setup of the system. They were able to include the fan cover and muffler. Everything went well and the office is good to go!
