They bought a home radon monitor and the levels fluctuate but the average was about 5.5 pCi/L. It was a large ranch house with fully finished basement aside from the two storage rooms. The system was a sump pump with exterior drain tile, we installed a domed lid and have an extraction point in the pump and route up through the room above going to the attic and to the garage.
