ALS Property Associates, Inc. recently installed a radon mitigation system in Kalamaoo, MI. This before/after photos shows the exterior radon fan with a radon fan cover. Our systems all come with a muffler along with a 10- year warranty. 

ALS Property Associates installed a radon mitigation system at a residential home in Kalamazoo, MI. The radon system was installed in the basement with a sub-slab depressurization and run with schedule 40 piping to the exterior of the home. The radon fan was installed on the side exterior and vented 10ft above grade per code.

ALS Property Associates removed mold staining from a residential property in Kalamazoo, MI. The property had visible mold on the interior sheathing in the basement. After completing HEPA vacuuming, treating areas with disinfectant, and removing the staining the sheathing looks like new.

Schedule 40 piping was run from the basement extraction point to the rear exterior. The radon fan was installed on the rear exterior and vented above the roof line.
