Radon Mitigation - Mason City, IA

This was a tough account and then a thousand questions for me that I needed to answer. No harm no foul but they are very detailed individuals and it was a fight too and the sale because the homeowner his wife did not like the fact that there was only a three-day cancellation policy if they changed their mind. You know there they decided to do something and I think they're on the same page at this point. If you go down into the basement there is a small storage area to the left hand side and in that corner the homeowner would like an extraction point. They would like it run out through the ceiling through an existing dryer vent. He will be cutting an 8x8 square out of their drywall so that we will be able to run our pvc. Being at the home has right on levels around 15 to 16. And he wanted to run the second extraction point on the same well that has a television. He's not all that concerned with Aesthetics because I don't believe that they spend a lot of time downstairs. You can touch base with me if you have any questions regarding this as I believe the homeowner will be present and most likely interested in the work that you're doing.

The team has reviewed home initially and there is currently a passive system in place. Needing to do a 2-point system based on right on levels, second shock complaint would probably be okay in your drain tile. The homeowners have been suffering from allergies and having multiple headaches lately so also wanted to do the Breathe EZ filter too. The husband works in construction so he'll most likely be home during the installation process but is it really cool guy. He understands everything about radon, it's just this time they had the finances to cover the cost.

This home will have a 2-point system in the corner of the basement near the shower. There are two some bits. One is on the far side of the basement that needs to be sealed up with a dome cover and the second one is on the right hand side of the basement that needs to be sealed up with plexiglass. This is due to the fact that it is smaller. Homeowner is looking to finish the majority of his basement at some point in time so is looking for an attraction point to come out of the sump with the black cover and second extraction point in and around that corner area due to elevated right on levels. The homeowner is primarily worried about upcoming health concerns if he doesn't act on radon now.

This nice and accommodating family, worried about lung cancer risks, decided on radon mitigation as their solution. Their peace of mind skyrocketed as radon levels plummeted after a few days of installation.

Radon Mitigation - Johnston, IA

The owner is familiar with encapsulation from his insurance background, easily understood our mitigation proposal. Having used our services before, he spoke highly of us. The reason for his current call was a potential radon issue due to a past home addition. The homeowner was very cooperative and led me to the crawl space upon arriving. The team will implement a two-point system, one connecting to the crawl space and exiting through the back corner of the house. Considering aesthetics, the homeowner prefers the extraction to run inside the fence, along the gutter. He was happy as his demands were granted.
