I really appreciated that Mike came for our initial appt. on a Saturday, to accommodate my schedule. When it was determined that our needs were more for structural work versus crawl space encapsulation and water removal....Mike suggested we bring out the owner. Ryan came out with Mike for a second Saturday appt. It was determined that our main concern was collapse of my beloved school house cottage. We were advised to go with 7 Smart Jacks and a new 40ft. Steel Support Beam. I was very happy that they both came out to review this to make sure that what they quoted and advised would address my #1 concern. The rest of my concerns will be done by myself and a private mason, now that the house is stabilized and we won't have to worry about collapse, due to deterioration of our main support beam.   I initially called the company, because their Ad indicated they were Basement & Foundation Specialists. I made the final purchase from them, because of all their Business Accreditations & the Lifetime Guarantee they offered me. I felt like this company had all the backing to stand behind their word & that I could trust them. That is paramount when spending this kind of money. Chris did a fantastic job of explaining the work to be done. Misunderstanding on my part as to how much area would receive foam insulation. Contract was correct. I rushed Chris during the presentation as I had another appointment to make. Dillon, Tyler, and Blake where respectful professional and cleaned up area better than when they arrived. Couldn't believe how fast they completed the work. Outstanding team work by all three. Area was cleaner than when they arrived. I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems after I saw work done on Jerry Lange's home in rural Davenport, Iowa by your company. I was so impressed I called for an estimate and didn't bother to get competitive estimates.   

We chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because the owner is related to friends of ours.  But our crew leader, Oscar, did a damn good job!

Joe went over all my options for encapsulating my crawlspace. We decided on what we thought would give us the most bang for our buck.  Justin and his crew did a great job.  Justin and his crew took away all of the scrap/garbage from the work they did. At the end, everything looked great.

Honestly this company was the only one we even reached out to and I'm so glad it was. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to friends and family.

The representative was honest, which is a hard thing to find. The installation crew was on time to the minute.  I selected MidAmerica to do this project because they were very willing to do such a difficult job and the price. 

Robbie showed up on time, set expectations and began working. Took a little extra effort but Robbie and his partner worked until done

Eve though it cost more than double than what other companies quoted me, I knew I wanted the best quality material as well as longevity of installed product. I have seen their work in person and was impressed.

Dillon and Doug are an excellent team I was happy to have in my home. They are so nice, and extremely hardworking and thorough. They cleaned up, it was like they were never here.  

Nate Hauser was knowledgeable and courteous, worked efficiently. We would appreciate him being the one who services our crawl space in the future.

Crawlspace encapsulation. We were fortunate to get Mike Clementz as our job foreman for his knowledge and expertise, as well as his attitude and work ethic. He is very good at what he does. Time will tell on the products as we are in the dry time of year. They were professional and careful in their work.  We are pleased with the condition of our property when finished.
