A couple years ago, Oneida, IL homeowners, Stanley and Becky, had some issues with water getting into their basement. When they were having their system serviced, service technician Gary Housenga recommended controlling moisture in the home by encapsulating the crawlspace. The basement is drier than it has ever been, and now the homeowners will not have to worry about the crawlspace in the future either. 

John and Dorothy were noticing high levels of moisture in their home and decided to purchase a dehumidifier from the hardware store. CleanSpace Liner was installed over top the matting and along the walls to permanently seal off the crawlspace from the exposed ground. Any water that entered under the crawlspace was pumped back out through the SmartDrain, keeping the crawlspace dry. John and Dorothy no longer have issues with moisture levels in their home.
